Hello everyone and welcome back!
The summer is nearly over and we at AFGB are looking forward to another great year, full of opportunities for you to improve your English.
We were sorry to say “Goodbye” to Katya at the end of June after 3 fabulous years together and wish her every success in her new life
However, before she left, she helped us choose our new teacher, who, we think you will agree, will fit the bill very nicely.
Come and meet him (and us!) at the Open Day on Saturday, 15th September from 10 am to 5 pm, while renewing your membership, signing on for your various groups and enjoying refreshments along with a chat.
Our activities will then be resuming on Monday, 1st October, and the Wednesday afternoon and evening chat sessions will be starting on 3rd October.
We apologise if you had trouble reaching us on our mobile phone in August but it was out of order and will be back in service very soon so keep trying!

Bonjour à tous!
L’été est presque terminé et c’est reparti pour une nouvelle année chez AFGB, avec beaucoup d’occasions pour améliorer votre anglais.
Nous étions désolés de nous séparer de Katya fin juin après avoir passé 3 années formidables avec elle et nous lui souhaitons beaucoup de succès dans sa nouvelle vie.
Toutefois, avant de partir, elle nous a aidés à choisir votre nouveau prof qui, vous conviendrez certainement, fera très bien l’affaire.
Venez le rencontrer (et nous voir nous aussi !) à la journée Portes Ouvertes le samedi 15 septembre de 10h à 17h, et profitez-en pour renouveler votre adhésion, choisir votre créneau et discuter avec nous tout en prenant “un petit quelque chose”.
Nos activités reprendront ensuite le lundi 1er octobre et les groupes de conversation du mercredi après-midi et soir démarreront le 3 octobre.
Nous sommes désolés si vous avez cherché à nous joindre sur le portable au mois d’août mais il était en panne et sera rétabli d’ici quelques jours. Persévérez donc !
